Our Elite Home Care Agency team is made up of caring and compassionate individuals, from certified nursing assistants to home health aides and caregivers. Each of them brings their own unique passion to help others and see the people they care for thrive. Never stopping short of the level of care they would expect for their own family. Treating those they care for as if it were their own family member. They take the same pride in their work today as they did when they first started working with us. That’s because we choose to work with associates who share the same passion for helping others as we do. Maureen is highly experienced as a business owner in the senior care industry with a passion for providing senior care services to those in need. With over 10 years of experience as a general manager for a nationwide homecare franchise, Maureen has a deep understanding of the homecare industry and is committed to providing the best possible care to her clients. In June of 2019, Maureen purchased Elite Home Health Agency from the previous owner and has since worked tirelessly to build on it’s already impressive reputation. Maureen is a compassionate and caring woman, who has a personal understanding of the importance of senior care. Her father battled cancer for many years, and she was there to assist him every step of the way. In her free time, Maureen enjoys traveling South as much as possible and spending quality time with her family, friends, and dogs, Fenway and George, who you will always see in the office. Maureen is a dedicated and hardworking business owner who is committed to providing the highest level of care to her clients.
Our Associates
Amy is an accomplished home care scheduling manager with six years of experience in the home care and human resource industry. She has a keen eye for detail and a talent for managing complex schedules. Amy’s personal experiences with loved ones, combined with her background as a caregiver, has given her a deep appreciation for the importance of compassionate care. Her personable and approachable nature makes her a natural leader who is always willing to go the extra mile for both Elite Home Care Agency employees and clients. Amy works remotely from the beautiful state of TN. Outside of work, Amy stays busy with her loving husband and four active children, but that is no obstacle for her! She is virtually in the office via webcam every day and she takes the long 14-hour drive from Gatlinburg, TN to Easthampton, MA, every few months. Her exceptional organizational skills and adaptable personality makes her impeccable in her scheduling and human resource roll of the company.
Allison is a dedicated professional with six years of experience in the home care industry. She has spent her career working with seniors in all stages of their life. She has a deep understanding of the challenges and complexities that come with providing care for those in need. Allison’s passion for her work is rooted in her personal experiences, having long cared for many seniors both before and during their final moments of life. These experiences have given her a unique perspective on the importance of compassionate care and motivates her to provide the same level of care and support to all of the clients at Elite Home Care Agency. With that experience, she understands the importance of retaining employees in a historically challenging field. She is committed to creating a positive work environment that fosters growth, development, and personal reward to the caregiving staff. With her exceptional people skills and unwavering commitment to excellence Allison is an invaluable asset to our team!
